Common use of Agent's Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated October 15, 2001, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that those certain letter agreement agreements between inter alia, the Agent and the Borrower, each dated October 15July 3, 20012000, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
