Common use of Agent's Fees and Commissions Clause in Contracts

Agent's Fees and Commissions. In consideration of the agreement of the Agent to provide its services as set forth in this Agreement, the Company will pay the Agent the following amounts: (i) a commission of up to three percent (3%) of the gross proceeds received on the sale and renewal of Notes in accordance with the schedule set forth as Exhibit A hereto; and (ii) an annual portfolio management fee equal to 0.25% of the weighted average daily principal balance of the Note Portfolio.
