Common use of Agents; Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Contractor agrees to ensure that its agents, including any subcontractor, to whom it provides PHI received from, or created or received by Contractor on behalf of Covered Entity or RCEB, agrees to the same restrictions and conditions applicable to Contractor with respect to such information.
