Common use of Agents; Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Agents; Subcontractors. Business Associate shall enter into an agreement with any agents, including any subcontractors, to whom it provides Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by the Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity, pursuant to which such agent or subcontractors agrees to the same terms, restrictions and conditions that apply to the Business Associate pursuant to this Agreement with respect to such information.
