The Receivables had the following characteristics in the aggregate as of the Cutoff Date: (i) approximately 12.40% of the Original Pool Balance was attributable to loans for purchases of new Financed Vehicles, and approximately 87.60% of the Original Pool Balance was attributable to loans for purchases of used Financed Vehicles; (ii) approximately 23.63% of the Original Pool Balance was attributable to Receivables the mailing addresses of the Obligors with respect to which are located in the State of North Carolina and 16.16% of the Original Pool Balance was attributable to Receivables the mailing addresses of the Obligors with respect to which are located in the State of California, 5.89% in the State of Texas and 5.01% in the State of South Carolina, and no other state accounts for more than 5% of the Original Pool Balance; (iii) the weighted average Contract Rate of the Receivables was 20.08%; (iv) there are 9,172 Receivables being conveyed by Seller to Issuer; (v) the average Cutoff Date Principal Balance of the Receivables was $11,993.67 and (vi) the weighted average original term and weighted average remaining term of the Receivables were 56.81 months and 54.68 months, respectively.
