Aggregate Data. SLP Toolkit may use aggregate data only for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications. SLP Toolkit agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data. SLP Toolkit shall not copy, reproduce or transmit any Student Data obtained under the DSPA and/or any portion thereof, except as necessary to fulfill the DSPA.
