Aggregate Information. With respect to Aggregate Information generated specifically by usage of the MSN Mobile Services by Subscribers, each Party agrees that the Aggregate Information (a) must be used in accordance with the applicable user agreement for the MSN Mobile Services, as well as applicable law, and (b) may not be provided or made available to a competitor of the other Party during the Term.
