Common use of Aggregate Royalty Reductions Clause in Contracts

Aggregate Royalty Reductions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.6(d), in no event shall the royalties otherwise payable under Section 6.6(a) with respect to any given Net Sales of a Licensed Product in a country in the Territory be reduced, as a result of the royalty reduction provisions of Sections 6.6(d)(i), 6.6(d)(ii), 6.6(d)(iii)(A), 6.6(d)(iii)(B) and 6.6(d)(iv), to be less than […***…] of the royalties otherwise payable under Section 6.6(a).
