Common use of Aggregation of Shares Clause in Contracts

Aggregation of Shares. All Shares held by an Investor and its Affiliates shall be aggregated together for purposes of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement. Within any Investor Group, the Investors may allocate the ability to exercise any rights under this Agreement in any manner that such Investor Group (by a majority of the Shares held by such Investor Group) sees fit.

Aggregation of Shares. All Shares shares of Capital Stock held by an Investor any Person and its such Person’s Affiliates shall be aggregated together for purposes of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement. Within any Principal Investor Group, the Principal Investors who are members of such Principal Investor Group may allocate the ability to exercise any rights and/or the incurrence of any obligations under this Agreement in any manner that such Principal Investor Group (by a majority Majority in Interest of the Shares held by such Principal Investor Group) sees fit.

Within any Investor Group, the Investors members of such Investor Group may allocate the ability to exercise any rights and/or the incurrence of any obligations under this Agreement in any manner that such members of the Investor Group (by a majority of the Shares held by such Investor Group) sees fit.
