Common use of AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES Clause in Contracts

AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. ‌ A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the EMPLOYER: a. Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work. b. Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA. c. Shall report any violation of this Basic Agreement both to the EMPLOYER and to AGMA. d. Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and EMPLOYER will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings. e. Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of EMPLOYER. f. Shall confer with the EMPLOYER for the purpose of scheduling an AGMA meeting during the first rehearsal week. g. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the EMPLOYER except (1) when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond or (2) if EMPLOYER fails to perform as set forth in Paragraph 28.e.

The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT except (1) when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to because of lack of payment for services or services, for failure to post a requested bond bond, or (2) if EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT fails to perform its obligations as set forth in for the Paragraph 28.e32, HEALTH AND SAFETY.
