Common use of Agreed Form Documents Clause in Contracts

Agreed Form Documents. Any reference to a document being “in the agreed form” means in the form of the draft or proof thereof signed or initialed for the purpose of identification by the Placing Banks’ Counsel and the Company’s Counsel, or as otherwise evidenced as being in the agreed form by communications between the Placing Banks’ Counsel and the Company’s Counsel as the case may be, with such alterations (if any) as may subsequently be agreed by or on behalf of the Placing Banks, the Founders, the Directors and the Company (as the case may be). A complete list of documents in the agreed form as at the date of this Agreement is set out in Schedule 4.
