Common use of AGREED TO AND ACCEPTED Clause in Contracts

AGREED TO AND ACCEPTED. The provisions of this Agreement shall govern and apply to all officers, agents, officials, members, employees and volunteers, or any person or persons entering or utilizing the ▇▇▇▇▇ Center for the Arts facilities during CLIENT’S rental or usage. CLIENT has carefully read this rental agreement and accepts the terms, conditions, and charges specified within. CLIENT is responsible for any damage sustained to ▇▇▇▇▇ Center for the Arts or its equipment caused by occupancy, and that adequate supervision of participants will be provided. CLIENT agrees to conform to all policies as set forth in the terms of this rental agreement including any and all ▇▇▇▇▇ Center for the Arts and Provo City policies. The undersigned individual has full authority from CLIENT to accept and bind the CLIENT to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
