Agreement and in the Plan. You specifically acknowledge that you have carefully read the section entitled “Code Section 83(b) Election” and the attachment entitled “Section 83(b) Elections” and you further acknowledge that you are solely responsible for filing any Code Section 83(b) election, and that such election must be filed within thirty (30) days after the Date of Award in order to be effective. You are also acknowledging receipt of this Agreement and a copy of the Plan and the Plan’s prospectus.
