Common use of Agreement and Parties Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Parties. This document represents an Agreement between the Lawrence County Union Rome Township Sub Sewer District, and the Lawrence County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Ohio Council 8 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, (AFSCME), AFL-CIO, and Local 890(1), AFSCME, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, for the purpose of establishing wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment.
