Common use of Agreement Changes Clause in Contracts

The City may make changes to this Agreement, provided that no changes shall be made to the scope of the Work, time of performance, compensation or any provision which may affect the cost of the Work, except pursuant to an authorized change order or a written amendment to this Agreement executed by both parties.
