AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the Newcastle Association of Classroom Teachers, hereinafter termed the "Organization" (or "Association") and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 1 of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the "Board"; and pursuant to Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 509.1 - 509.10, the following items (articles, procedures, etc.) are hereby agreed upon by both parties.
