Common use of Agreement Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Agreement Commencement Date. 4.1. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall thereafter remain in force for a period of twelve (12) calendar months (the “MSA Initial Period”). 4.2. Subject to the provisions of clause 20.1.1, the Parties agree that upon the expiry of the MSA Initial Period, as well as upon expiry of subsequent renewal periods, this Agreement shall renew automatically on the same terms and conditions for successive periods equal to the MSA Initial Period.
