AGREEMENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION. 26.1 This Agreement shall be in effect from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023. 26.2 Effect of Agreement This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the District that are or may be in the future contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. The provisions of the Agreement shall be considered part of the established policies of the District.
