Common use of AGREEMENT CONTROL Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT CONTROL. This Agreement has been negotiated in accordance and compliance with the Employer’s Labor-Management Relations Ordinance and the laws of the State of New Mexico. If there is any conflict between the Agreement and the Labor- Management Relations Ordinance, the Ordinance shall control. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Employer’s Merit System Ordinance, department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Policies or Personnel Rules and Regulations, this Agreement shall control.

AGREEMENT CONTROL. This Agreement has been negotiated in accordance and compliance with the Employer’s Labor-Management Relations Ordinance Public Employee Bargaining Act and the laws of the State of New Mexico. This Agreement shall control in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Employer’s standard operating procedures, policies or Personnel Rules and Regulations, or Merit System Ordinance, except as provided by Section 10-1-24. If there is any conflict between the Agreement and the Labor- Management Relations OrdinancePublic Employee Bargaining Act, the Ordinance shall control. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Employer’s Merit System Ordinance, department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Policies or Personnel Rules and Regulations, this Agreement Act shall control.
