Agreement Entry into Force. 4.1 The Agreement term starts upon its signing and expires upon execution of the works. 4.2 The Agreement will be considered fulfilled after concluding a relevant Delivery-Acceptance Act to be signed and dated by both parties. 4.3 The applicable language of the Agreement is Russian.

Related to Agreement Entry into Force

  • Entry into Force Each Contracting Party shall notify the other in writing of the completion of the constitutional formalities required in its territory for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the latter of the two notifications.

  • Entry into force and termination This Agreement and its amendments shall enter into force 60 days after the date the Parties exchange written notifications certifying that they have completed their respective legal requirements for its entry into force or after such other period as the Parties may agree in written notification.
