Agreement Execution. After plan approval in the City’s Land Development process, the Property Owner and CATS can execute the Corridor Access Agreement(s). After execution, the property owner can then begin work in the Transit Corridor. The Agreement requires insurance, indemnification and other terms but is intended to implement what is reflected in the approved plans. Therefore, the approved plans are attached as Exhibit A to the Agreement.
