Common use of Agreement Extension Clause in Contracts

Agreement Extension. ‌ If the Parties fail to reach agreement on a new successor Agreement on or before June 30, 2019, the Agreement shall be automatically extended until a new Agreement is reached or an opinion and order is promulgated pursuant to ORS 243.746(5).
