Agreement Follows the Property. To the fullest extent allowed by Applicable Law, all of the rights, options and other covenants, conditions and terms of this Agreement shall: (i) be of benefit to the Parties; and (ii) constitute an interest in and covenant running with the mineral claims comprising the Property opposable to third parties.
