Common use of Agreement Objectives Clause in Contracts

The parties desire to enter into this Agreement which aligns technological innovation and organizational resources including access to manufacturing, sales and marketing, distribution, regulatory, service and support, management expertise, entrepreneurial acuteness and capital for successful completion of development, manufacturing and commercialization of Licensed Product, to maximize market penetration in the Territory.
