The Indenture -------------------------- Trustee hereby agrees for the benefit of the lessor or secured party of any engine (other than the Engines) or of any airframe (other than the Airframe) leased to the Lessee or purchased by the Lessee and subject to a conditional sale or other security agreement, which lease or conditional sale or other security agreement (in the case of any such airframe) also covers an engine or engines (other than the Engines) owned by the lessor under such lease or subject to a security interest in favor of the secured party under such conditional sale or other security agreement, that the Indenture Trustee will not seek to acquire, claim, or exercise as against such lessor or secured party, any rights, title or interest in any such engine as a result of such engine being installed on the Airframe at any time while such engine is owned by such lessor or is subject to such conditional sale or other security agreement or security interest in favor of such secured party. * * *
