Common use of Agreement Scope Clause in Contracts

Agreement Scope. A.) Equipment/Parts/Material/Products Seller agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer may elect to purchase from Seller as a preferred supplier, the equipment and services as summarized in attached Schedule "A". Buyer's plants or branch business units will issue purchase orders and/or releases under this supply agreement. Such purchase orders or releases shall govern the type and quantity to be purchased. If Buyer submits such purchase orders, Seller shall sell the products set forth pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Purchase Order, subject to the provisions of Section 12 of this Agreement.
