Agreement to Amend. 9.01 It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that any provision in this Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of Government and the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association during the term of the Agreement. 9.02 Either party to this Agreement may, within the 180 calendar day period immediately prior to the expiration of the Agreement, issue notice to the other party of its intention to negotiate a new Agreement. 9.03 This Agreement, with the mutual agreement of both parties, shall remain in full force and effect during negotiations for a new Agreement and until such time as it is replaced by a new or revised agreement.
