Agreement to be Bound by Operating Agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees to be and is bound by the terms and conditions of that certain Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of Dream Finders Holdings LLC (the “Operating Agreement”) as of the Effective Date of that certain Membership Interest Grant Agreement by and between the undersigned and Dream Finders Holdings LLC.
