Common use of AGREEMENT TO CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT TO CONTRACT. For and in consideration of my child participating at OCCS during the Contract term, each parent(s)/guardian(s) agree(s) to be bound, jointly and severally, by the terms and conditions contained herein, including, but not limited to, the responsibility for all financial charges for such term. Each parent(s)/guardian(s) understands that they will be liable jointly and severally for the entire amount due on each child's account. In the event that it shall become necessary to enforce the terms of this Contract, I understand that I will be responsible for any and all costs incurred by OCCS related to the enforcement of this Contract.
