Common use of Agreement to Serve Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Serve. Unless Indemnitee is no longer an Agent, Indemnitee agrees to serve and/or continue to serve as an Agent of the Company, at his or her will or under separate agreement, as the case may be, in the capacity Indemnitee currently serves as an Agent of the Company, for so long as he or she is duly appointed or elected and qualified in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bylaws of the Company until such time as he or she tenders his or her resignation in writing; provided, however, that nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to create any right or obligation to continued employment by Indemnitee in any capacity.
