Agreement to use Records and Signatures for Digital Contracting and Vaulting. Each Participant agrees to the use of electronic Records and Signatures for Digital Contracting and Vaulting in connection with the System. All Records created, delivered, managed or stored by the System will be deemed the equivalent of writings. All manifestations of assent by a Person using a Credential, including without limitation click-throughs and typed or digitized handwritten signatures, shall be intended to serve as Signatures and shall be deemed the equivalent of a manual signature.
