(f) ‘Construction Industry Development Board Act No. 38 of 2000’ as amended and the ‘Regulations in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board Act No. 38 of 2000’ (Government Notice No. R. 692 published in Government Gazette No. 26427 of 9 June 2004, as amended). In addition, Tenderers are advised, in their own interest, to obtain their own copies of the relevant Acts, Regulations and Standards referred to in this document as they are essential for the Tenderer to become acquainted with the basics of construction management, the implementation of preferential construction procurement policies, and participation of targeted enterprises and labour.
