Common use of Agreements to Be Bound Clause in Contracts

Agreements to Be Bound. The Parent Guarantor hereby becomes a party to the Indenture as a Parent Guarantor and as such shall have all of the rights and be subject to all of the obligations and agreements of the Parent Guarantor under the Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Second Supplemental Indenture. The Parent Guarantor agrees to be bound by all of the provisions of the Indenture applicable to the Parent Guarantor and to perform all of the obligations and agreements of the Parent Guarantor under the Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Second Supplemental Indenture.

The Parent Guarantor agrees to be bound by all of the provisions of the Indenture applicable to the Parent Guarantor and to perform all of the obligations and agreements of the Parent Guarantor under the Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Second Fifth Supplemental Indenture.
