Common use of AIS Action Protocol Clause in Contracts

AIS Action Protocol. The purpose of the AIS Action Protocol is to identify the Parties’ roles and responsibilities following identification of a detected Serious Threat to the Basin, and to identify general criteria to be considered by the Requesting Party in determining an Action. This Protocol may also be used by a Requesting Party upon commencement of exercises or training for Mutual Aid.
