Alabama Project. Borrower hereby agrees to investigate and in good faith strongly consider a potential Project site in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area; provided, however, that notwithstanding any commercially reasonable determination by the Borrower after such investigation that Birmingham, Alabama is not a viable option for a Project location, Borrower shall continue to consider other suitable Project sites in the State of Alabama as the same may be presented to Borrower.
