Common use of ALI Database Clause in Contracts

ALI Database. 2.1 For areas where DISH Wireless is the 9-1-1/E9-1-1 Service Provider and DISH Wireless manages the ALI Database, Frontier and DISH Wireless shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of Frontier End User data in the ALI Database. For areas where Frontier is the 9-1-1/E9-1-1 Service Provider and Frontier manages the ALI Database, Frontier and DISH Wireless shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of DISH Wireless Customer data in the ALI Database.
