Common use of All Access Clause in Contracts

All Access. During the term, the Member shall be entitled to access the facility during The Factory’s regular public hours and to participate in all standard activities provided by The Factory (The “Factory Activities”). For a greater certainty, The Factory activities do NOT include escape rooms, virtual reality games, arcade tournaments and/or other fee for entry special events/activities offered by The Factory that are not explicitly included in the Membership Package. The Factory’s regular public hours and The Factory activities are subject to change at the discretion of The Factory. It should be noted that The Factory reserves the right to have blackout dates due to buyouts or maintenance. In the event of a disruption to membership on said days, members will be notified via email.
