Except as disclosed in the Document and as otherwise provided in this Agreement (for example on early termination), neither the Manager nor the Custodian shall take any action which may prejudice the tax position of the Investor, in so far as either of them are aware of the relevant circumstances, and in particular which may prejudice obtaining the Relief for the Investor’s Portfolio.
