Common use of All Authorisations required Clause in Contracts

All Authorisations required. 6.6.1.1 to enable it and each member of the Plateau Group lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Transaction Documents to which it is a party; and 6.6.1.2 to make the Transaction Documents to which it and each member of the Plateau Group is a party admissible in evidence in its Relevant Jurisdictions, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.
