All Contracts. The Consultant agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the State energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act. The consultant agrees to perform an energy assessment for any building constructed, reconstructed, or modified with FTA funds required under FTA regulations, “Requirements for Energy Assessments,” 49 CFR part 622, subpart C.
