All notices and disclosures will be sent to you electronically. Unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with the procedures described herein, we will provide all notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of your membership in electronic format only. To reduce the chance of you inadvertently not receiving any notice or disclosure, we prefer to provide all notices and disclosures to you by the same method and to the same address that you have provided. Thus, you can receive all disclosures and notices either electronically or in paper format through the paper mail delivery system.
All notices and disclosures will be sent to you electronically. Unless you inform GSD otherwise according to these procedures, GSD will electronically provide you through the DocuSign system all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of your electronic signature relationship with SONM. To reduce the possibility of inadvertent non-receipt, GSD prefers to provide all required notices and disclosures by the same method and to the same email or physical address that you furnish to GSD. Thus, you may receive the disclosures and notices electronically or in paper form. If you do not agree with this procedure, please inform GSD according to the procedures stated in Section I, below. Please also refer to Section D, immediately above, which states the consequences resulting from your declination of electronic delivery of notices and disclosures.

  • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS Call us at (866) ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇ or write us at Customer Care, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about an electronic transaction. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. i. Tell us your name and account number. ii. Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. iii. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. In addition, it would be helpful if you provided us with any supporting documentation related to the error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time that it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. For errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • Required Notices Upon Requests or Demands for Confidential Information Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, no Party shall disclose Confidential Information to any person not employed or retained by the Party possessing the Confidential Information, except to the extent disclosure is (i) required by law; (ii) reasonably deemed by the disclosing Party to be required to be disclosed in connection with a dispute between or among the Parties, or the defense of litigation or dispute; (iii) otherwise permitted by consent of the other Party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld; or (iv) necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, the ISO OATT or the NYISO Services Tariff. Prior to any disclosures of a Party’s Confidential Information under this subparagraph, or if any third party or Governmental Authority makes any request or demand for any of the information described in this subparagraph, the disclosing Party agrees to promptly notify the other Party in writing and agrees to assert confidentiality and cooperate with the other Party in seeking to protect the Confidential Information from public disclosure by confidentiality agreement, protective order or other reasonable measures.
