Common use of All Other Action Clause in Contracts

All Other Action. The Company shall cooperate fully with Apogee and will use all reasonable commercial efforts to assist Apogee in its efforts to complete the Acquisition, unless such cooperation and efforts would subject the Company to liability or would be in breach of applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
