Common use of All Other Action Clause in Contracts

All Other Action. Caracara shall cooperate fully with the Company and will use all reasonable commercial efforts to assist the Company in its efforts to complete the Acquisition, unless such co-operation and efforts would subject Caracara to liability or would be in breach of applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
