All Other Reports. In addition, Inspector shall initiate and file with DSA prior to their due date, any other Project-related, forms, required of contractors, subcontractors, testing and inspection laboratories, and the District. Inspector shall prepare and forward to the District, Architect, and DSA all other reports required by Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, the State, and/or DSA.

All Other Reports. For the life of the Fund, Borrower shall provide to Director, any and all reports, notices or documents provided to other investors in the Fund operated by Borrower subject to this Agreement. Director shall be treated as a member of the Fund for reporting and monitoring purposes and receive all reports and information provided to other investors for the life of the Fund until all investments have either returned capital or been written off.
