Common use of All Proceedings Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

All Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings ---------------------------- taken prior to or at the Closing in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents and evidences incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Aligent. All third party and governmental consents, approvals and filings required in connection with the consummation of the transactions hereunder shall have been obtained, and shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agilent.
