All Programs. THE STATE AGENCY AGREES THAT: THE LEA AGREES THAT: 1. Operate a nonprofit program and use program income only for program purposes; provided, however, that such income shall not be used to purchase land or buildings or to construct buildings. 2. All Programs. At the time when you return a Vehicle to us, the Vehicle should be in good working condition and ready for use by another driver.
