All Property. No Group Company owns, uses or occupies any freehold estate in commonhold land and the Properties comprise all the freehold and leasehold land owned, used or occupied by and all the rights vested in any member of the Group and all agreements whereby any member of the Group has any financial entitlement relating to any land at the date hereof.
