Common use of All Remedies Clause in Contracts

All Remedies. If, upon a breach of the Franchise Maintenance Covenants, the equitable remedies provided for in Section 6.4 herein and the liquidated damages provided for in the Non- Relocation Agreement are unavailable for any reason, each of the County and ECSC shall be entitled to pursue all other legal and equitable remedies against StadCo and/or the Bills, whether or not such other remedies are specifically set forth in this Stadium Lease. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, all such other legal and equitable remedies are cumulative and may be exercised concurrently, successively, or in any order. Nothing in this Section 6.5 shall be read or interpreted to negate, forgo, or waive the County or ECSC’s rights to obtain equitable relief as set forth in Section 6.4 of this Stadium Lease.
