Common use of All Risk Coverage Clause in Contracts

Tenant shall provide insurance coverage during the Term against loss or damage by fire and such other risks as are from time to time included in an "all risk" policy (including without limitation sprinkler leakage and water damage), insuring the full replacement cost of any Tenant Extra Improvements, any Alterations and Tenant's Personal Property.
