Common use of All Students Clause in Contracts

All Students. If a student fails to occupy his/her room after January 3, 2018; the room may be reassigned if proper notice is not given to Campus Housing that the student will arrive late. A student who enrolls in classes and fails to occupy his/her assigned room will be responsible for paying the full housing fee for the space.
